I would like a stamp on a sticker, how do I get it?

You can order this by e-mail (admin@2tm.ch) with details of the address, we will then send it to this address.

I haven't received my medal yet!

The dispatch of the groups is completed and dispatched, the single registrations have all been dispatched, except for the first medal for the first participation, as we expect a subsequent delivery of the production and will be dispatched shortly.

My shipment arrived defective, or something is missing!

Please send us an email to admin@2tm.ch. Take a photo of the defective item and write us with details of the address, which we have to send again so that everyone has the right awards, medals and pins.

My award is displayed incorrectly. What should I do?

When will the medals be sent?

We are still receiving mutations from groups at the moment. Shipping has started and should be completed by the end of August, we ask for your patience and understanding.

When are the performance certificates or IVV certificates sent?

The IDs sent in beforehand have already been filled in and returned. ID cards that are still arriving will be processed and sent continuously.

Where can I get my diploma / certificate?

Can my group be smaller than 10 people?

Yes, you can register a group of 2 or more people. However, you will only receive the group award if the group consists of at least 10 people.

Can you buy the ribbon or badges?

Yes, we are in the process of finding a digital solution. Until then you can place your order via email (administratin@2tm.ch). As soon as you have transferred the exact amount (IBAN - CH44 0079 0016 5935 2308 5, Swift Code KBBECH22XXX), you will receive the ordered items.

Can I donate an amount to the Swiss Two-Day March?

Yes, you can transfer a donation to the account of the Berner Kantonalbank (IBAN - CH44 0079 0016 5935 2308 5, Swift Code KBBECH22XXX) in favor of the Swiss Two Day March, 3000 Bern.

As a marine soldier, "ship crew", can I run laps on the ship?

Yes, if the 2TM app does not work, please report the lap distance and number of laps by email.

If the app doesn't work for technical reasons, how do I get my award?

In this case, send us an email (anmeldung@2tm.ch) or WhatsApp (+41791236070) with the required information, such as a photo or screenshot or a description of the route you are walking.

Can I march ahead or behind the march?

No, you have to do it within the world times Saturday / Sunday, 5th / 6th March 2021.

When and where can I download the app?

I can't pay the fee with my credit card.
Possible causes.

Dear readers!

The remote march in 2021 was a complete success. We will certainly do another remote march in 2022.
Of course, it is our goal to be able to carry out the two-day march in the original again in 2022. Unfortunately, the current corona pandemic leaves us only a small glimmer of hope. Confident and full of energy, we started the appropriate preparations. We will make the definitive decision for an original implementation at the beginning of 2022.
